DefrilexCX builds and runs customer operations teams for client programs. The people on our network are the ones doing that work: customer service and support agents, technical and sales support, and back office professionals. When the right program comes along, we already know who to call.

Joining the network means we've met you, checked your background and languages, and can consider you when a suitable program starts. It isn't a job offer, and it isn't a promise of hours.

Once you're approved, we'll consider you for suitable work as programs come up.
Completing these steps means you're approved and available. It doesn't guarantee work, hours or a start date, and we won't suggest otherwise.
