Four situations partners bring us into.
Almost nobody arrives here running a strategic sourcing review. They arrive with one program and one specific problem. These are the four we see most often.
01Language coverage
A program needs languages the bench doesn't reach.
A client's customer base shifts, or a new program specifies a language mix the recruiting pipeline doesn't fill at volume.
Where we fit
We staff the language coverage a program has committed to, as a dedicated or shared team depending on the volume. Agents are sourced against the requirement and checked for the language before they're approved for the program.

02Overflow
Volume arrives ahead of the bench.
A launch pulls forward. A season peaks. A campaign performs better than the forecast assumed. Contact volume moves before anyone can hire against it.
Where we fit
We take the peak as overflow capacity, so your permanent cost base can reflect your baseline instead of your maximum. Where the timing is known in advance, the team is trained on your program before the volume arrives rather than assembled after the queue starts slipping.

03Extended hours
The hours or locations sit outside your footprint.
A client asks for evenings, weekends, holidays, or a time zone your sites don't reach.
Where we fit
We look at the specific schedule and location requirement and tell you what we can staff. Where we can support it, the coverage runs as an extension of the same program under the same brand, so the experience doesn't change at a shift boundary.

04Bid and launch support
A bid needs capability you'd have to build first.
A pursuit requires something the delivery organisation can't currently commit to: a language mix, a channel, a schedule, a processing component.
Where we fit
We work through the coverage requirement with you during the pursuit, so you know what can be committed to before the proposal goes out. Win it, and the team is built against a real requirement.
If yours isn't quite one of these.
These four cover most of what we're asked about, but the specific version is always different: the client environment, the systems, the constraints, the timing. The conversation is more useful than the category.
